A clear white wine with a slight pale-green tinge. On the nose, pears and Granny Smith apples. Apples, pears and gooseberries come through on the palate. The taste is soft, with a smooth start and a lingering aftertaste of pears. The sweetness and acid in this wine is very well balanced.
