This sulphite-free Shiraz has a rich dark colour with a dark nose of pepper, coriander and forest floor. Dark fruit on the palate gives the wine an all-round juiciness. Oaky tannins give the wine a spicy finish with good structure.

Enjoy with peppercorn steak, herb- or black pepper-crusted cheese.
