Colombard/Sauvignon Blanc
A very pale yellow coloured wine. The nose is of fresh guava from the Colombar. The good acid and crisp green apple taste comes from the Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has a good mouth feel and a lingering flavour.
Pair with Thai dishes or light salads.
