The wine is a brilliant yellow straw colour. Vibrant aromas of cut green pepper, white grapefruit, peach, and wheat grass follow through on a very crisp entry to a tart, dryish light-to-medium body.

Pair with smoked fish, lightly spiced curries or poultry.
