Current vintage:
2011
Tasting note:
Light, bright colour with limey tinge. The nose explodes with yellow and tropical fruits like mango and freshly-picked lemons. The fruit follows through on the palate with notes of lemon grass. The wine also shows a fine lees fullness which was obtained by regular lees stirring. DRY, UNWOODED.
Suggested food pairing:
This Sauvignon Blanc is food friendly and will match well with any dish from creamy pasta to spicy Thai. The high acidity will reduce the saltiness of seafood or sushi.
