Stellar Organics Sparkling

A clear, straw-coloured wine with lively bubbles. Faintly sweet flavours of citrus and apple indicate well-integrated fruit. The wine has a rich mouth-feel, creamy texture, crisp balance and a medium to short finish. This sparkling wine is a blend of 75% Sauvignon Blanc and 25% Chardonnay. The Sauvignon Blanc lends a fresh, crisp acidity whilst the Chardonnay adds fullness to the wine.
