A very pale yellow, white sparkling wine.  Fresh mixed fruit cocktail faintly on the nose. Dry, clean, fresh tingly taste with a very clean finish. The freshness of the wine is its outstanding feature. It is not dominated by the bready, biscuit character that comes from prolonged yeast contact.

Pair with canapés, spicy curries, oysters and poultry dishes.
